Additional Terms

By purchasing a ticket to Social Chemistry Club: Halloween Social Mixer, you agree to the following:

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest before the event. Any name changes should be coordinated with Pulse Events PH prior to event day.

Each ticket is valid for one guest and one entry only and may not be duplicated or resold without authorization.

Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests who are legally permitted to consume alcohol. The venue or organizer may request valid identification.

Platonic and romantic QR matches are intended as a social and entertainment feature only. A match does not guarantee compatibility, mutual interest, friendship or romantic connection.

Participation in matching, games and social challenges should always remain voluntary and respectful. Guests may decline any interaction or activity they are uncomfortable with.

Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behavior or conduct that makes other guests feel unsafe will not be tolerated. The organizer and venue reserve the right to remove guests for inappropriate behavior.

Event photography and videography may take place for documentation and promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be featured should inform the event team.

Guests must observe the venue’s house rules and safety policies throughout the event.

Program activities, entertainment and schedules may be adjusted when necessary without materially changing the overall event experience.
